Arjun Kapoor was the assistant director for films like Shakti: The Power (2002), Kal Ho Naa Ho (2003) and Salaam-E-Ishq (2007). He also co-produced the films No Entry (2005), Wanted (2009) and Milenge Milenge (2010) before making his debut as an actor.

Arjun Kapoor was born to Bollywood producer Boney Kapoor and his first wife Mona Kapoor. He started his journey in
Bollywood as an assistant director and moved ahead to co-produce films with his father.While he was supposed to make his big screen debut as an actor with Y-Films’ Virus Diwan, it is Ishaqzaade (with Parineeti Chopra) which will see light of the day earlier.
